The stainless steel components

Our products are characterized by the use of high-quality teile and professionally executed, high-quality workmanship. The material is completely machine ground, all welds are clean.

The dimensions of the vertical posts are 80 x 60 mm with a reinforced wall thickness of 3 mm.

Standard version for normal gymnastics and pull-up activities

In the standard scope of delivery, the gymnastics bar has a welded CNC-milled turned part at both ends, each of which is equipped with an M12 thread. In addition, the two contact surfaces towards the post are provided with knurling to prevent the rods from spinning.

The gymnastics bar is screwed from the outside with a central screw connection and is thereby held reliably.

This version is particularly suitable for use as a pull-up bar. In combination with the optionally available quick adjustment, the gymnastics bar height can be adjusted quickly.

Special version for maximum loads

A variant with two welded-on mounting straps is available for an extra charge, with two M12 screws on each side holding the rod. Furthermore, the wall thickness of the rod is 3 mm compared to 2,5 mm for the standard version.

This reliably prevents the bar from rotating even under heavy loads, such as swing exercises.

The screws are designed as pan-head screws, so that there is no risk of injury from protruding screw heads on the inside of the gymnastics bar.

The screw connection on the outside also has no sharp edges and is done using self-locking cap nuts.

Adjustment of the gymnastics bars

In the stainless steel area with quick adjustment:
The gymnastics bar is attached and the height is adjusted using two M12 star grip screws.
For this purpose, the gymnastics bar has a CNC-milled turned part at both ends, which is equipped with an M12 thread. In addition, the two contact surfaces facing the post are knurled to effectively prevent the poles from spinning.
The height of the gymnastics bar can therefore be adjusted without the use of tools.

Quick adjustment of the gymnastics bars

We have developed a quick adjustment for both types of fastening described above, each of which has a slightly different structure. Both versions are characterized by the fact that you can quickly adjust the height of the rod without tools.

Standard version with an M12 central screw

The central screw has a solid star grip, which you can use to tighten the rod on each side.

Special version with welded tabs

With this version we deliver per side 2 strong star grip nuts with which you can quickly tighten or loosen the two M12 screws.

Assembly and installation of the trimming station

In principle, the system can be set up at any location. The posts are fastened in approx. 60 cm deep concrete foundations.
The stainless steel posts are concreted directly into the concrete, the wooden posts in galvanized H-post bases.

For hassle-free assembly you will receive:

• All necessary elements and screw connections. All that is missing is the ready-mixed concrete (available in bags at hardware stores)
• Assembly instructions including foundation plan and view sketches
• Threaded rods including screw connections for the precise alignment of the system

Alignment using threaded rods

The parallel, vertical and aligned alignment of the posts to each other is of great importance for a stable installation of the system. With the threaded rods in size M12 and the gymnastics bars, the system can be precisely aligned before concreting. This ensures that the distance between the posts is accurate to the millimeter until the concrete has hardened.

Floor design

The ground can be designed as a lawn, but fall protection mats or fall protection plates have even better properties. These items are available in square or rectangular shapes in specialty stores in a variety of colors. These mats have better fall protection cushioning than turf.
In addition, in combination with the wood and stainless steel products, you can achieve a visually very attractive design for your play area.
