Payment and delivery

1.Is delivery possible to Switzerland or Lichtenstein?

Yes, we regularly ship to Switzerland and Lichtenstein. The fees that we incur to create the customs documents, and the cost of import duties, are included in the shipping costs and are paid by us.

We also pay the import VAT for Switzerland, which means that you won’t receive any additional invoices from the local customs authorities.

2.Which carrier/parcel delivery service do you use to deliver the goods?

Due to the large dimensions and heavy weight of the parcels, we use a cargo shipper to deliver V2A stainless steel products. The cargo shipper will contact you by phone to discuss the exact delivery arrangements (date and time) in advance.

Larch wood products are delivered by the GLS parcel service.

On the day of dispatch, you’ll receive an e-mail with the exact shipment details, including a link to allow you to track the shipment status.

Delivery only takes place on workdays, and as such, there are no deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

3.How long does delivery take – I need my item very urgently?

You can find the current delivery time for our workout bars in the upper part of the product page.
We produce almost all products on site at our own facilities and, as such, we need the specified period to produce and pack the individual components.
In urgent cases, such as suddenly approaching birthdays ;-) the option is normally available to bring forward or speed up a delivery somewhat.

Please note your preferred delivery time in the commentary field with the address details. We will then get in touch with you to confirm the delivery date.
Alternatively, you can contact us directly if you have an urgent deadline – either by e-mail or by phone.

4.Ist eine Selbstabholung der Ware möglich?

Eine eigene Abholung unserer Produkte ist aus logistischen Gründen leider nicht möglich.
