The dimensions of the vertical posts are 80 x 60 mm, the wall thickness is 2 mm or 3 mm (reinforced version).
Attachment and adjustment of the rods
Standard version for normal pull-up and gymnastics activities
In the standard scope of delivery, the bar of the horizontal bar has a welded CNC-milled turned part at both ends, each of which is equipped with an M12 thread. In addition, the two contact surfaces on the beam are knurled to prevent the rods from spinning.
The sports bar is screwed on from the outside with a central screw connection and is thus held in place reliably.
This version is particularly suitable for use as a pull-up bar. In combination with the optionally available quick adjustment, the height of the gymnastics bar can be adjusted quickly.
Special version for maximum loads
A variant with two welded-on mounting straps is available for an extra charge, with two M12 screws on each side holding the rod. Furthermore, the wall thickness of the rod is 3 mm compared to 2,5 mm for the standard version.
This reliably prevents the rod from turning, even under heavy loads, e.g. from swing exercises.
The screws are designed as pan-head screws, so that there is no risk of injury from protruding screw heads on the inside of the gymnastics bar.
The screw connection on the outside also has no sharp edges and is done using self-locking cap nuts.
Adjustment of the gymnastics bars

The attachment and the adjustment of the height is done using two M12 star grip screws.
For this purpose, the gymnastics bar has a CNC-milled turned part at both ends, which is equipped with an M12 thread. In addition, the two contact surfaces facing the pillar are knurled to effectively prevent the rods from spinning.
The height of the gymnastics bar can therefore be adjusted without the use of tools.
Quick adjustment of the rods
For each of the two types of attachment described above, we have developed a quick adjuster that differs slightly in terms of structure. Both versions are characterized by the fact that you can quickly adjust the rod vertically without tools.
Standard version with an M12 central screw
The central screw has a solid star grip, which you can use to tighten the rod on each side.
Special version with welded tabs
With this version we deliver per side 2 strong star grip nuts with which you can quickly tighten or loosen the two M12 screws.
Assembly and installation of the gymnastics bars
In principle, the sports bar can be set up on any installation site. The support beams are fastened in concrete foundations approx. 60 cm deep. The stainless steel posts are concreted directly into the concrete.
For hassle-free assembly after quick shipping, you will receive:
- All necessary elements and screw connections. All that is missing is the ready-mixed concrete (available in bags at hardware stores)
- Assembly instructions with foundation plan and view sketches
- Threaded rods size M12 with screw connections for millimeter-precise alignment of the system
Alignment using threaded rods
The parallel, perpendicular and aligned alignment of the posts to each other is of great importance for a stable installation of the system. With the threaded rod in size M12 and the gymnastics bar, the bar can be precisely aligned before concreting. This ensures that the distance between the posts is accurate to the millimeter until the concrete has hardened.

Floor design
The ground can be designed as a lawn, but fall protection mats or fall protection plates have even better properties. These items are available in square or rectangular form in our shop in various colors and thicknesses. These mats have better fall protection cushioning than turf.
