Attachment and adjustment of the gymnastics bar
The gymnastics bar has a welded CNC-milled turned part at both ends, each equipped with an M12 thread. In addition, the two contact surfaces towards the post are provided with knurling to prevent the rods from spinning.
The gymnastics bar is screwed from the outside using a central screw connection (available as a product option) and is thereby held reliably.
This version is particularly suitable for use as a pull-up bar.
Quick adjustment of the gymnastics bars without tools

The central screw has a solid star grip, which you can use to tighten the rod on each side.
